When owner Ralph talks about Monarh, his passion shines through. "I've been working in the hospitality industry since I was fourteen, and eventually, I entered the world of Michelin-starred dining. In September 2023, Monarh made the transition from Lightspeed to the Winston Point of Sale System. "Winston is a innovative company, their experts came to discuss the possibilities, and the communication was much better. That instilled confidence", said Ralph.
User-Friendly System
When we asked Ralph about the benefits of Winston, he mentioned that the system is very user-friendly. Just one week after the initial contact regarding a possible switch, Winston was operational at Monarh. Koen from Winston is delighted to provide Monarh with a POS system and says: "It's naturally extra special to have such a great restaurant as our customer. We are incredibly proud of that!"
